Lindsay again with another part of my story, how yoga helped me connect with my breath and my Self. I started out with a very physical power yoga practice, which led me towards the more traditional facets of yoga. Allowing me to be open to meditation, breathwork, and universal guidance.

Today, I am on a path of the highly overused "spiritual awakening" journey, recognizing patterns and healing my inner story. Connecting deeper with my Self, my guides and universal love.
